Chuck and his team arrive at a heliport expecting to arrest Axe, only to find an empty helicopter and the realization that Axe has vanished.
Realizing that any attempt to fight the case will lead to prison, Axe chooses survival over his empire. He accepts the deal and uses a secret cargo jet to flee to Switzerland.
As the finale begins, Axe is backed into a corner. Facing a mountain of criminal charges related to his bank's illegal cannabis cash dealings, he is looking at up to 25 years in prison. Chuck Rhoades, fueled by a lifelong obsession to see Axe in handcuffs, believes he finally has the evidence to win.
