Spencer and Jason visit April Rose Antiques , where Spencer finds an anklet belonging to Alison. Forensic analysis later reveals two types of blood on the anklet: Alison’s and an unknown person's. [S3E6] Remains of the 'A'

The new evidence on the anklet is enough to have the murder charges against Garrett Reynolds dismissed.
