Freddy -

: On higher difficulty levels, players often "lock" Freddy at the East Hall Corner (Cam 4B) . By keeping the monitor permanently on this camera and checking it frequently, Freddy is prevented from entering the office.

: If Freddy reaches Cam 4B , you must close the right door before opening your camera monitor if you plan to look at any camera other than 4B. If you check other cameras while the right door is open and Freddy is at the corner, he will slip into the office.

Unlike his more frantic companions Bonnie and Chica, Freddy is a "stealth" hunter who becomes active primarily on and onwards.

: Freddy follows a predictable, one-way route toward your office:

: When Freddy is in the Kitchen (Cam 6) , he is invisible, but his music box theme will play clearly.

: Freddy is "camera shy." Looking at him through the camera system freezes him in place, preventing him from moving.

: You can track his progress by listening for his deep, guttural laugh. Every laugh signifies he has moved to the next room on his path.
