After graduating from UCLA, Chelsea landed a job with a local non-profit organization focused on promoting sustainable living practices. As a Program Coordinator, she worked closely with community leaders to develop and implement eco-friendly projects, such as green infrastructure initiatives and environmental education programs. Her dedication and expertise eventually led to her promotion as the organization's Outreach and Advocacy Manager.

Her parents, both high school sweethearts, own a small, family-run restaurant in East LA, where Chelsea spent much of her childhood helping out with various tasks.
